During their meeting on October 1, United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov have discussed the upcoming “Normandy Four” format talks of heads of Russia, Ukraine, Germany and France scheduled for October 2, according to official UN information.
The message states: “The Secretary-General [expressed] his hope for further progress on key security, political and humanitarian issues as per the Minsk Agreements.”
