The US and China are heading towards a very serious conflict, said the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist Sergey Kurginyan on September 27 on the air of the Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov TV program on Russia One channel.
“A remarkable change in the US rhetoric towards China” is the result of the coronavirus quarantine, said the political scientist. China used to be an almost friendly country until recently, added the expert. Now, when they say it is “a terrible and nasty communist country”, it means they are preparing for a major conflict, believes Sergey Kurginyan.
“There will be small and medium scale conflicts around this large one, all over the periphery. In addition, there will be biological warfare. What we are witnessing now is its rehearsal – it is only the beginning, “- stressed the political scientist.
“We are entering a very unpleasant period in the world’s evolution; that’s for sure. I think regionalization is essentially impossible in such a world because it is built entirely on conflicts within regions,” said Kurginyan.
The US is pushing India into a serious conflict with China by all means, specified the leader of the movement. The US proposes to transfer industrial production from China to India. Pakistan, which is now under control of China and not the US, will take part in the conflict, stressed Sergei Kurginyan.
Conflicts in the Middle East will add to this picture, noted the expert. The clash between Iran and Turkey is brewing against the background of the escalation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and that will draw other countries into it, one way or another.
“We are creeping into this conflict environment, while the world is very inert. It is very difficult to push the world into this new state. And it seems to me that if several more powerful shocks do not occur, then this process will become sluggish again … and the ‘consumer civilization’ will move into a period of its gradual digestion ,” said Sergey Kurginyan.
The political scientist drew his attention to the fact that Africa has become the arena for a “mortal combat” between China and the US. Turkey’s internal politics are gradually leaning towards the Grey Wolves, a far-right organization, and this situation is being followed closely in Iran.
China is undergoing an ideological restructuring, and Deng Xiaoping’s doctrine is being changed to a new one, indicated the leader of the Essence of Time movement. The US officials put their efforts into expanding “tension zones”, such as Belarus.
