The USA has declared China to be the main threat for the first time at the top political level, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on May 20 in his original broadcast “The Meaning of the Game.”
According to the analyst, the Munich Security Conference, which took place on February 14-16, 2020, had two dramatic events. The first was German president Frank-Walter Steinmeier’s opening statement that Washington rejects the very idea of an international community. And the second was USA’s re-orientation towards confrontation with China.
Kurginyan explained that the US continues to perceive Russia as quite a serious and dangerous enemy, but for the first time it made China the main global demon, placing emphasis on it being communist China. According to the Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, “Chinese Communist Party is a threat to the idea of the West.”
This is why the US in return accuses the EU of reluctance to contribute to countering China’s technological growth, the expert added.
However, China, in the person of the Foreign Minister Wang Yi, for the first time went beyond a routine response to US attacks. The Foreign Minister said, “The root cause of all these problems and issues [in relations with the USA] is that the U.S. does not want to see rapid development and rejuvenation of China, still less would they want to accept the success of a socialist country, but that is not fair, China has the right to develop. China’s drive towards modernization is an inevitable trend of history and will not be held back or stopped by any force in the world.”
US attempts to accuse China of spreading the coronavirus infection are completely in line with the scenario that the Red Dawn group in the USA developed. According to confidential information, in this scenario the Communist Party of China would start a biological war against the humanity, which would require, in particular, a global quarantine.
However, further US attempts to make China a scapegoat have faced rebuttals not only from China, but also from US allies in Europe and Canada, the expert noted.
