The United States Marine Corps general Robert Neller on December 23 told Norway-based U.S. marines about the upcoming war against Russia, RT reports.
“I hope I’m wrong, but there’s a war coming. You’re in a fight here, an informational fight, a political fight, by your presence”, he said.
Neller noted that in the nearest future Russia and the Pacific theater could become military conflict zones. The general also said that the number of marines stationed in Norway could be increased “to 3000 overnight”. Russia and China were named the two world powers that “challenge American power, influence, and interests, attempting to erode American security and prosperity” in the new National Security Strategy that was published by Trump administration on December 18. The head of Pentagon Jim Mattis said that the power of the U.S. army enables American diplomats to always speak from a “position of strength”.
These events are occurring against the backdrop of the increasing military presence of US and NATO troops in the immediate vicinity of Russia’s borders: in the Baltic states, in the Nordic countries, in Poland. Aside from that, US missile defense systems are deployed in Eastern Europe.

Pentagon brass MUST keep a war going, or instigate wars…. OTHERWISE, they would not have jobs, or fat pensions, or be able to retire and then go to work for a defense industry (like Raytheon, etc.)… and retire again to collect two fat pensions and then become “double dippers”. Without wars — the brass would not have jobs. I’ve worked along side them for decades and I’ve seen how they think — “keep the war going, and you can keep the money flowing”. Always “Follow The Money”. And if you can fund the troops — AND the enemy, you can keep the war going forever. Even NATO does the same thing.
A prime example is in Ukraine. The US funds & weaponizes the Ukrainian Nazi Army (yes, they are ‘real’ Nazis)…. in order to bomb families and the elderly who are hiding in basements in eastern Ukraine (Donbass region). The US gives millions to the US installed Ukrainian president Poroshenko, who squirrels it away in his offshore accounts (which is how he has become so wealthy btw)…. and this also keeps the Nazis in business if the money runs low.
