September 18 Essence of Time unit in Donbass report

Around midnight, the Ukrainian military made an attempt to dislodge the units of Donetsk People’s Republic militiamen from their positions. The attack of the Ukrainian army under the covering fire of 2 armored personnel carriers was repelled. The enemy lost 3 people killed and 2 injured. One serviceman of DPR Armed Forces was injured. The place of the attack was not specified.

DPR recon spotted 2 tanks to the west of Donetsk near Kurakhovka village and 3 infantry fighting vehicles near Krasnogorovka town. The accumulation of the armored vehicles and the trucks with ammunition was registered on the Mariupol direction near Stary Krym village. 30 trucks with personnel and ammunition arrived to Dzerzhinsk town on the Gorlovka direction.

According to the latest data, Ukrainian military violated ceasefire obligations 100 times during the past day, September 17th. Over 40 artillery shells were fired at the territory of Donetsk People’s Republic. Zaytsevo village, Gorlovka town, Shirokaya Balka village, Yasinovataya town, Spartak village and Petrovsky district of Donetsk were shelled.
