On September 6, 1943, the armies of the Soviet South-Western front liberated the cities of northern Donbass from German Nazi and fascist invaders during the Donbass operation.
Yesterday, on the 73rd anniversary of those events, hundreds of people rallied near the monument “To Your Liberators, Donbass”.
Veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the servicemen of Donetsk People’s Republic army, who fight today for the liberation of their native cities — Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Druzhkovka, Konstantinovka, Krasnoarmeysk and many other towns and villages of Donbass, currently occupied by Ukrainian punitive forces — were present on the event.
After the rally, flowers were laid at the eternal flame.
It’s already been over two years since Strelkov disgracefully surrendered Slavyansk and other cities of northern Donbass to Bandera Nazis. We will never put up with the Nazi occupation of our land and will fight to its full liberation. Traitors will get the punishment they deserve.
