The United States is allowing Japan and Germany to remilitarize, thereby dismantling the Yalta world order, philosopher, political scientist, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan stated on December 12 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio channel.
The political analyst recalled the system of international order that emerged after World War II, known as the “Yalta world order.” According to him, this structure turned out to be very stable, but attempts to destroy it have long been underway.
“It is very difficult to dismantle it, although, of course, everything has been done to achieve this, and the successes in undermining it are enormous,” Sergey Kurginyan noted.
The analyst explained that those who like the Yalta world order say, “This is our Yalta,” while those who dislike it say, “the Yalta predators.” At the same time, the Soviet Union no longer exists, therefore, it is already difficult to say that the USSR and the United States are Yalta predators, but the internal structure of the Yalta world order still exists, even though it no longer exists in its full form.
“It exists in the sense that an imperialist Germany, as we used to say, very powerful, will never arise again, nor will a similarly powerful Japan. All these countries are suppressed, and they will never rise again,” the political scientist explained.
According to him, only a shadow remains of the Yalta world order, but its imprint is present throughout the entire global order. “And its main dominants, from the US’s point of view, lie in the fact that neither Japan, which it fought against, nor Germany will ever again be given any opportunities. These are occupied countries under direct patronage,” Kurginyan emphasized.
As an example of Germany’s lack of sovereignty, the political scientist recounted how one of the leaders of a major German left-wing party represented in the European Parliament told him that he could establish socialism in Germany in two weeks, but would not be able to hold on to power because of the capabilities of the United States in the Federal Republic of Germany. Because after that, a US military coup would occur in Germany.
“These are countries that are in an absolutely servile condition from the point of view of power components. They can eat and drink, they will be taken care of, they will, of course, be corrupted by every vice imaginable, but in reality they are, as they say, in a completely non-sovereign state,” Kurginyan explained.
Now US President Donald Trump is abolishing the constant of the Yalta world order that prevented Japan and Germany from building up their military power. The United States is now encouraging militarization, thereby striking a blow at the Yalta world order.
“Let them [Germany and Japan] strengthen themselves, fight with the Russians, with the Chinese, with anyone. We are now beginning to profess this principle of creating zones of conflict in which no one can dominate, and we maintain the balance, we adopt this concept of balance,” Kurginyan stated.
