Figaro removes information about France permitting strikes on Russia

18.11.2024, Paris.

The information previously published about France and the United Kingdom permitting the Kiev regime to launch missile strikes on Russian territory was removed from the French newspaper Figaro‘s website on November 18.

On November 17, an online article in Figaro stated that the British and French authorities had authorized Ukraine to carry out long-range strikes on Russia using Scalp/Storm Shadow missiles.

Currently, the website only retains information regarding the United States permitting the use of ATACMS missiles, citing sources from the New York Times and Agence France-Presse.

Notably, representatives of the White House have declined to comment on reports that US President Joe Biden has given Kiev permission to use long-range ATACMS missiles to strike Russian territory.
