The United States with its investments in China has facilitated its huge strengthening, and thus it created its own grave-digger, the leader of the Essence of Time movement, political scientist and philosopher Sergey Kurginyan said on September 21 on the program Right to Know on channel TVC.
According to the political scientist, it is commonly believed in the West that all the people in the world think in a more or less similar manner, at least in such basic things as chronotope, i.e. their idea about time and space. However, this is not true, because the Chinese notion of time has nothing to do with the Western idea no matter how modernized China becomes.
“Will Zhōngguó win 30 years sooner or 30 years later? What does it matter in the context of slowly flowing millennia? A little sooner, a little later. Well, let us take our time to think about another way to increase our potential,” the political scientist explained the Chinese way of thinking.
Further, Kurginyan turned to such a factor as “history that produces grave-diggers.” He indicated that the USA created its grave-digger, China, by investing into it so much money it did not invest even into Germany before World War One.
“They hastily created their own grave-digger… Workers are cheap and obedient, and of course it is better to have such workers than a capricious French or American woman with trade unions, who has to be paid more while working less. And these ones will work a lot, they are neat, tidy, numerous, and readily bought,” the leader of Essence of Time told.
Kurginyan also noted that, according to the USA’s logic, China as an Asian country must not really modernize. However, it happened differently.
“And when they faced this grave-digger looking at them like a dragon, looking gently and licking its lips, they eventually came to understand what they have done,” the political scientist noted.
He added that when the USA realized “what kind of a trouble it was facing,” it “suddenly began to panic.” Meanwhile, China continued to develop to finally strengthen to a level that could hardly be imagined, bringing the USA into an even worse situation.
“Whatever agreement they are talking about, it can only be an agreement about its strengthening, which will worsen their situation even more. There cannot be another kind of an agreement. They are buying a temporary pause at the cost of even greater trouble later,” the leader of Essence of Time concluded.
