The Angara-1.2 launch vehicle was launched from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome by the Russian Air Force, the Defense Ministry said on September 17.
The launch took place at 10:00 a.m. Moscow time. The launch vehicle is to deliver spacecraft into orbit in the interests of the Defense Ministry, the statement reads.
