The Russian Aerospace Forces continue strikes on objects of critical infrastructure of Ukraine. The first wave of strikes began on October 10 after the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge. The explosions  rocked major Ukrainian cities: Kiev, Vinnitsa, Rovno, Kharkov, Poltava, Ternopol, Dnepropetrovsk and others.

As a result, power supply was lost in many parts of Ukraine; communications worked intermittently, the subway stopped. Prime Minister of Ukraine urged citizens to save electricity in the evening hours to avoid emergency shutdowns.
