31.10.2024, Kiev.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Aleksandr Syrsky wrote on October 31 on his Facebook page (organization banned in Russia) that he reported the difficult situation on the frontline to General Christopher Cavoli, Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO’s Allied Command Operations.

He noted that he had a telephone conversation with Cavoli. The main topic of discussion was the situation on the frontline.

“Currently, heavy, high-intensity fighting is ongoing along the entire frontline,” Syrsky said.

He mentioned that during the conversation, he exchanged views with the NATO general on the rapid and firm response to the alleged involvement of North Korean military personnel by Russia in the special military operation.

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that a South Korean delegation allegedly provided evidence of North Korea sending military personnel to Russia, including to Kursk Region.
