The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) security services uncovered a network of Israeli agents preparing actions to destabilize the internal situation in Iran, the IRGC press service said in a statement on September 22.
According to the statement, 12 Israeli agents were uncovered in six provinces of Iran, planning anti-government actions.
The IRGC claims that a “decisive blow” was delivered to the identified agents. No further details were provided.
