A crushing dehumanization, as well as a betrayal of humanism and its ideals with a shift towards Nazism has taken place in the West, said philosopher, political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on March 16 on the Right to Know program on the TVC channel.
In the 19th century, the classic bourgeois elite could not be described as Nazis, noted the political scientist. He emphasized that at the time that elite had certain thoughts about humanistic ideals. However, later this situation changed.
“Then a crushing dehumanization of the West happened. Since the West has renounced – brazenly, completely – all its humanistic ideals, it made the sharpest transition that no one notices. And whether it’s called postmodernism or not, it doesn’t matter,” said the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
In this new situation, everyone who wants to defend the old bourgeois-humanistic ideals turns out to be enemies for the West, explained Kurginyan. He cited Russian leader Vladimir Putin, Chinese President Xi Jinping, and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad as examples. At the same time, the political scientist wondered, the enemies towards who and what these leaders have become in the eyes of the West?
“Enemies in regards to who? What ideal? What does this nonsense about democracy and authoritarianism mean? This is what a betrayal of humanism means. In favor of what? Of course, in favor of Nazism, this is first and foremost,” said the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
At the same time, Sergey Kurginyan drew attention to the fact that the Germans who left for the US after WWII were able to work very well with the US elite.
“Wernher von Braun and others did not waste their time. The Nazification of the US began right in 1946. But the soil was already fertile prior to that. Roosevelt won with great difficulty, despite all his ambiguity. The Nazis could well have won,” Kurginyan emphasized.
After such a skillful work with the elites, Nazification did take place in the US, added the political scientist. And, in his words, “the US has become the hidden Reich.”
