Russia is in a state of war, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in an interview with Argumenty i Fakty.
According to him, everything started as a military special operation, but the West’s involvement turned it into a war.
“Yes, it started as a special military operation, but as soon as this ‘jolly crowd” emerged there, when the collective West became involved in this on the side of Ukraine, for us it has already become a war,” Peskov said.
