Strategically, the West will never agree to give up Ukraine, unless Russia presents powerful arguments, said political scientist, philosopher, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on December 30 on the To the Point program on the BelTA Belarussian TV channel.
Any tactical moves can be expected from the West, noted the political scientist. For example, a certain “mouse”, named Blinken, will take a bribe from certain, particularly nimble, “mice” (a private party) and decide to organize something “pleasant” in regards to the elections.
Such steps are indeed possible due to the enormous degeneration of Western politicians, Kurginyan clarified. However, according to the political scientist, the political core of the ruling class, which is sometimes referred to as the “deep state,” will never give Ukraine up to Russia.
“Never, because to them it means the restoration of the empire, the loss of victory in the Cold War – and they incredibly value this victory and consider it the main cornerstone in the new model of world domination, which they are constructing. And they cannot deploy the old one,” explained the leader of the Essence of Time movement.
Certain politicians could be bribed, succumbed to their momentary interests and do something stupid, noted the expert once again. Though in the future such stupidity will be corrected anyway, Kurginyan emphasized.
“The strategy is constant. World domination is impossible if ‘USSR 2.0’ begins its restoration. Only the feeling that the opponent is so powerful that there is nothing can be done, through clenched teeth, can motivate them to somehow accept this bitter pill of the ‘Russian irredenta’, which is absolutely life-saving for us,” said the political scientist.
The West can be encouraged to do this only by presenting a serious strategic arguments, added Sergey Kurginyan. And this argument is not nuclear weapons, but a change in the entire Russian reality.
“I don’t insist on an instant change in the entire way of Russian life – I understand that it is impossible. But we have to start somewhere, and we have to start by looking the emerging dangers in the eye without any alarmism, very calmly and carefully and with a strategic approach to a fundamentally new future for Russia and the world. Without a new Russia there will be no new world. Without a new world—there will be hell on earth,” said the political scientist.
