The Kiev regime is experiencing serious problems with the production of artillery shells on its territory, the Ukrainian government’s Minister of Strategic Industry Aleksandr Kamyshyn said on the air of the Rada TV channel on January 14.
According to the official, due to the fact that there is a worldwide shortage of components for making shells, primarily gunpowder and other explosives, the Kiev regime is having an extremely difficult time producing artillery shells.
