Ukraine is experiencing serious problems with replenishing losses of the Ukrainian armed units and military training of mobilized people, which leads to a rapid increase of losses, according to a summary from the theater of war published in The Essence of Time newspaper, issue 562.
Ukraine is facing an acute problem with replenishing the huge losses of the Ukrainian armed units. Both Ukrainian and foreign media wrote about this. For example, CNN notes that Ukrainian officials already publicly recognized that evasion from military service is a problem. According to them, there is a serious shortage of military personnel, sometimes critical.
The head of the faction of the Servant of the People party in the Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian Parliament], member of the committee on national security, defense and intelligence David Arahamiya said in an interview with the 1 + 1 TV channel that the Ukrainian authorities could not ensure the rotation of servicemen involved in combat operations, because for this purpose it is necessary to mobilize another half of the people in the country.
According to the 1+1 TV channel, the Ukrainian armed units have already lost a total of 1.127 million people killed and missing.
“The most trained units of the Ukrainian armed units are badly defeated in battles, and the ‘drafted soldiers” caught by Ukrainian military commissars on the streets are not only not eager to fight, but also do not receive proper military training. As a result, the Ukrainian armed forces’ losses are growing rapidly,” The Essence of Time editorial reads.
