29.05.2023, Kiev.

Ukrainian Defense Minister Aleksey Reznikov demanded that Polish companies return the money for unfulfilled military contracts in an interview with Ukrayinska Pravda on August 29.

Reznikov said that there were many companies in Poland that had failed to fulfill ammunition supply contracts. He cited the Alfa company as an example. It offered the Ukrainian armed units new types of shells.

Now, the Ukrainian military is studying the proposal. Reznikov said that the Ukrainian armed units will either use these shells or the ministry will demand that the company return the advance payment.

The Ukrainian media have already reported that Alfa has failed to fulfill several obligations to supply weapons and ammunition. According to the media, the amount of unfulfilled contracts amounted to $95 million.
