The defeat of Ukrainian neo-fascists supported by the West will be a factor in countering neo-colonialism, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on August 15 at the Army-2023 forum.
According to the minister, Russia is now confronted not only by the Ukrainian armed units but by the entire collective West. At the same time, some countries of the Asia-Pacific region have recently joined this alliance, Shoigu said.
