Kurginyan explains how western PMCs are created

PMCs in the West are created not by “strange soldiers” but by private Western structures deeply embedded in the elite, philosopher, political scientist, leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on July 14 on the program Conversation with a Sage” on the radio Zvezda.

“Everyone says: ‘ Some strange warriors there also organize something.’ This is not true,” the political scientist said.

Half of the intelligence budget goes not to the CIA, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) or the National Security Agency, but to a whole ring of private structures like think tanks, PMCs similar to Blackwater and other think tanks and private military companies, Kurginyan explained.

As a rule, such structures are created and have existed for centuries and are partially financed by private capital.

“What state financing are they talking about? What does the state financing have to do with it? They want to create a parallel system. So [Dick] Cheney created Halliburton. What money did he use to create it? It was his own oil money,” Kurginyan gave an example.

The philosopher noted that these structures can receive orders from the government, but what matters is what they are based on, where they are based, what place they occupy in the system.

“They didn’t want to leave Hong Kong. Because of illegal payments in cash, because of blood diamonds, because of drugs, because [they do] everything that such black systems are supposed to do,” the analyst explained.
