The Ukrainian armed units attacked the patrol ship Sergey Kotov of the Russian Black Sea Fleet at night, the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry informed on July 25.
Two Ukrainian maritime high-speed unmanned boats were heading towards the patrol ship Sergey Kotov of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, performing the task of controlling navigation in the Black Sea, 370 kilometers southwest of Sevastopol. The Russian warship destroyed the enemy’s boats with standard weapons at a range of 800 and 1,000 meters.
The Russian patrol ship and crew were not injured, and the fulfillment of the assigned task in the Black Sea continues.
