Kurginyan: Prigozhin described the conflict in Ukraine exactly how the CIA wanted

Yevgeniy Prigozhin described the causes of the war in his speech before the mutiny exactly how the CIA wanted, philosopher, political analyst, and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on June 30 on the air of the Conversation with the Sage program on the Radio Zvezda.

Kurginyan noted that previously, Prigozhin voiced issues in his speeches that are important to many: for example, he raised the topic of social justice. That is, he spoke the language people understand.

At the same time, the political scientist stressed that in the address, which Prigozhin released before the mutiny, sounded something else, which requires rethinking.

“When did certain issues emerge that force me to reevaluate all of this? Not at the time of the mutiny. I can’t consider it on the principle of ‘ah, it’s only mutiny!’ That’s not the point. The point is that before the mutiny began, he released his long credo…Does anybody understand what he said there?” Essence of Time’s said.

Kurginyan pointed out that this is not about what Prigozhin said about Shoigu or Gerasimov, or about the oligarchs. Along with that, the political analyst reminded that the leader of the mutineers voiced the alleged reasons for the war.

“He said exactly what the CIA wanted, about the causes of the war. He fulfilled 100% of the CIA program in this matter. He discarded everything that is related to denazification. And he gave some idiotic reasons –we went to war so that Shoigu could have a marshal’s star,” Kurginyan explained.

Kurginan stressed the absurdity of this “reason.” He noted that Putin could not have started the war on such ridiculous grounds.

“One couldn’t just award it [a star – Rossa Primavera News Agency] or what? Is it that valuable? And it must be so valuable for Putin to risk everything, to drag the country into mortal danger for the sake of awarding a Marshal’s Star to Shoigu. Wasn’t it easier to just award it? What nonsense is this? What insanity?” Kurginyan asked rhetorical questions.

At the same time, he stressed that “such nonsense is listened to, because along with it, the basic agenda is used, which is listened to, and it is said in simple language.”
