Plans to destabilize the situation in Russia failed thanks to the adherence to the oath and military duty of the personnel of the Russian Armed Forces, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said at a meeting on July 3.
“These plans failed first of all because the personnel of the Armed Forces showed adherence to their oath and military duty,” Shoigu said.
The minister added that the provocation did not affect the actions of the Russian group of troops. “The servicemen courageously and selflessly continued to carry out the tasks assigned to them,” Shoigu noted.
