The Federal Security Service (FSB) prevented a car bombing of the head of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov by a Ukrainian terrorist, the agency’s press service informed on July 3.
“A Russian citizen recruited by the SBU for an assassination attempt on the head of Crimea was detained while attempting to take an explosive device,” the statement reads.
