Head of Czech government: Czech Republic transfers 76 IFVs and 24 tanks to Ukraine

Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala told the Czech Republic about the amount of military assistance to the Kiev nationalist regime, the Českých noviny portal reported on 27 June.

From January to May this year, the Czech Republic has provided Ukraine with 24 tanks, 76 infantry fighting vehicles and 645 anti-tank guided missiles, said Petr Fiala.

In addition, the Czech Republic also provided Ukraine with 16 special vehicles for the air defense system, 57,000 rounds for cannons and gun howitzers, as well as 144 anti-aircraft guns. Deliveries also included other military equipment, spare parts, fuel and materials for radiation, chemical and biological protection, Fiala said.

It is also reported that last year the Czech Defense Ministry provided Ukraine with 38 tanks, 55 IFVs, four pieces of aircraft and 13 self-propelled howitzers.

In addition, Ukraine received from the Czech Republic five chemical reconnaissance vehicles, 47 vehicles, 27,518 rounds of artillery, 12 rocket launchers, 4,900 rockets for rocket launchers, 8,022 armored vehicles, 128 mortars, 17,400 mortars, 291 anti-aircraft guns, 30,025 pistols, the source reports.

A special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine has been conducted by the Russian Armed Forces since February 24, 2022. During this time, a number of Western countries have joined in supporting the Ukrainian neo-Nazis.
