Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel expressed total solidarity to Russian President Vladimir Putin in the face of an attempted armed insurgency in the country on his Twitter page on June 24 .
According to Diaz-Canel, the Russian people are a brother nation to the Cubans. Therefore, the President of Cuba, on behalf of the Cuban government and all Cuban people, expressed his solidarity “to the esteemed President Putin and the brotherly people of the Russian Federation in the face of the attempted armed mutiny in the country.
The Cubans have no doubts that “unity and constitutional order (in Russia – note by Rossa Primavera News Agency) will triumph,” Diaz-Canel stressed.
