Two Ukrainian ballistic missiles shot down over Crimea

Air defense forces in Crimea shot down two Ukrainian ballistic missiles, there was no damage, Oleg Kryuchkov, an advisor to the republic’s head, wrote on his Telegram channel on May 6.

“Updated information. Over Crimea, two ballistic missiles of the Grom-2 missile system were shot down,” the advisor wrote. According to his information, air defense systems went off in the northern part of the peninsula, there were no casualties.

Earlier, the authorities of the Kiev regime repeatedly announced their plans to seize Crimea by force. According to Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, the success of such an attack will largely depend on Western arms supplies.

At the same time, the Ukrainian president’s representative Tamila Tasheva said that Western politicians suggested that Kiev give up its ambitions for Crimea. According to her, the West fears Moscow’s response.
