The fire at the oil depot in Temryuk district of Krasnodar Krai, which broke out after the drone strike, covered 1200 square meters, the head of the district Fyodor Babenkov wrote on his Telegram channel on May 3.
Babenkov went to the village of Volna, where the accident occurred. There, he said, are already working emergency services, in particular, 23 fire trucks and 85 people are involved. The district head informed that no one was injured in the accident.
Earlier, it was reported about the occurrence of a fire in the village of Volna at the enterprise Tamanneftegas. The emergency services said that a drone attack caused the fire.
The head of the region Veniamin Kondratiev said that the fire was of the highest degree of difficulty.
