“The singling out of certain units when consolidation is necessary like never before is absolutely destructive. The army is doing everything together, and the army celebrates the success of their brothers from other combat arms and units together; it always passes the ball to the others instead of hogging the blanket, which must not take place,” Kurginyan warned,
However, he noted that Russia has made many mistakes. One of them is the dissolution of the cadre units. These units consisted of the officer personnel, and they were supposed to accommodate and train mobilized soldiers when necessary.
