The Russian Army Air Defense Forces intercepted 14 missiles fired by Kiev’s security forces from US-made HIMARS multiple rocket launcher systems in the skies over the Lugansk People’s Republic and Donetsk People’s Republic overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service wrote on its website on January 23.
The press service wrote that “14 HIMARS missiles were intercepted in the areas of Donetsk city, Avdeevka, Pilipchatino towns of the Donetsk People’s Republic, and Chervonopopovka village of the Lugansk People’s Republic.”
