The Ukrainian army is suffering huge losses due to the fact that the command sends soldiers “to slaughter,” a captured Ukrainian soldier told, as the Russian Defense Ministry informed on January 10.
The prisoner said that the losses among the soldiers are “colossal”, “a lot of killed and wounded.” At the same time, the Ukrainian army has poor arrangements to evacuate the wounded.
“There is no need to say that Russia is to blame and so on, it is necessary, in fact, to understand what is being done in our country. Think about it – why they pay so much money. It’s because our leadership is interested in it [war against Russia],” said the prisoner.
According to the Ukrainian soldier, relatives of the killed Ukrainian fighters do not receive compensation.
