The Chinese people will never forget the sincere help of the Soviet people, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said, RIA Novosti reported on December 26.
According to him, the Soviet Union is of special importance to China because it opened Marxism-Leninism, helped establish the Communist Party of China, laid the foundations of national industry and defended freedom from Japanese militarism.
Zhang stressed that “the Chinese people will never forget the sincere assistance of the Soviet people“. And now all memorials and monuments in the PRC dedicated to Soviet soldiers are in good condition, the diplomat added.
