The USA has destroyed the strategic global stability architecture that was built over decades, President of Russia Vladimir Putin said on December 9 in a video address to the participants of the CIS and SCO conference of defense ministers.
“The USA and its satellites make a stake on using force; in fact, they have destroyed the strategic stability architecture that was built over decades, and they aggressively widen the geography of NATO expansion,” Putin said.
The Russian leader added that the West extracted and exploited Ukrainian resources for many years, encouraging genocide and terror in Donbass.
Previously, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that NATO’s objective implemented in its new concept is to initiate a conflict between India and China. He added that the enlargement of NATO is the West’s main driver in its relations with all the countries on the globe.
Also, the foreign minister stressed that back in 2008 in Ukraine, the groundwork was laid for transforming it into an anti-Russian springboard. NATO used Ukraine for biological experiments to make biological weapons.
