Russian Army units destroyed a weapons depot with missiles for US multiple-launch rocket systems located in the city of Krivoy Rog, the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service said at a briefing in Moscow on December 7.
The press service said that “as a result of a ground-based precision-guided attack on a rocket and artillery weapons depot in one of the workshops of the ArcelorMittal steel plant in the city of Krivoy Rog, more than 70 HIMARS multiple missiles, as well as two MLRS launchers, were destroyed.” In addition, the press service reported that four more launchers of this type were critically damaged.
The press service also reported that a Ukrainian HIMARS combat vehicle and 48 rockets for it were destroyed near the village of Malotaranovka between the towns of Druzhkovka and Kramatorsk.
Earlier it was reported that the Kiev armed units actively use Western weapons when attacking populated areas of Donbass. The other day rockets fired from the US M-142 HIMARS were used to attack the city of Alchevsk, resulting in 7 people killed and 27 injured.
