The Russian Defense Ministry published a summary of the special military operation in Ukraine on November 24 in its Telegram channel.
The summary said that on November 24, the Russian Armed Forces carried out massive ground, air and sea-based high-precision strikes on Ukraine’s military control system and the energy facilities that support it.
“The purpose of the strike has been achieved. All designated facilities have been hit. As a result of the strike, the transfer by rail of Ukrainian army reserves, foreign weapons, military equipment and ammunition to the areas of combat operations was disrupted,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a summary.
