The European Union has allocated €22 billion to Ukraine this year, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell told reporters on November 3.
It is specified that this amount does not include direct military assistance from the EU member states. According to Borrell, it is about €3 billion allocated for the supply of weapons through the European Fund and €19 billion for financial and economic support of Ukraine, and provision of humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians so that they could survive the winter.
