The Ukrainian army fired nineteen HIMARS and Olkha rockets at Novaya Kakhovka. Three rockets hit the power plant.
According to the authorities, the power plant continues to work, there is no critical damage.
Earlier it was reported that the Ukrainian army shells Novaya Kakhovka almost every day. Up to 120 missiles were fired. Air defense systems are used to intercept these missiles.
According to Vladimir Leontyev, head of the Novaya Kakhovka city district administration, on October 22, the Ukrainian army is using all kinds of weapons at their disposal against Novaya Kakhovka and the Kakhovskaya HPP.
