Residents of the Zaporozhye region are demanding that the region’s authorities distribute weapons for protection against the armed units of the Zelensky regime, a member of the region’s main administrative council Vladimir Rogov said, RIA Novosti reported on September 14.
Earlier, there had been information about preparations for an offensive, with large Ukrainian army forces being redeployed to the front line in the Zaporozhye region. A spokesman of the administration said residents were ready to fight back against the Ukrainian military.
“We are being approached en masse by residents of the Zaporozhye region who are demanding weapons to prevent any attempted offensive by Ukrainian troops. The entire society is united against the terrorist regime of Zelensky,” Rogov said.
