The West has started to mobilize its population and resources for confrontation with Russia in Ukraine, said political scientist, philosopher, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on September 10 in a special edition of his original program Destiny on the movement’s YouTube channel.
“We thought that the West is some frail and fragile thing that would whine a little and eventually put up with everything,” said Kurginyan.
The experts pointed to the fact that European elites have already ordered their fellow citizens to stop bathing, stop keeping their houses warm, endure price increases and use wet towels instead of showering in order to mobilize for confrontation with Russia. And so far the Europeans have accepted it all.
“And we thought that after they left Afghanistan the way they did, they don’t have any strength left,” said the political scientist describing the attitude towards the Western countries.
According to him, although the West is gradually weakening, this fading is stretching out over historically long periods of time. In the short term, everything is different, insists Kurginyan.
“These are professional officers, with highly sophisticated communications,” noted Kurginyan. Our allied forces, our brave soldiers and officers are not fighting the Ukrainian army as such, added the expert.
The leader of the Essence of Time is convinced that Russia needs both a large professional army and a different national spirit in order to win in the Ukrainian conflict.
