To be annihilated or to be with the Russians – this is the choice for the peoples of Transcaucasia and Central Asia face, said philosopher, political scientist, leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on May 24 during the broadcast of the Great Game program on Channel One.
“Many parts of both the former Russian Empire and the Soviet Union, sooner or later are given a simple choice to make: to be annihilated or to be with the Russians,” said Kurginyan. According to him, the same choice has to be made now, and it is an eternal, invariable choice.
With regard to Transcaucasia, it is not about “surrendering into the good hands, one way or the other. It is truly about being completely annihilated,” notes the expert. Kurginyan believes that this also applies to Central Asia.
“Our brothers from Central Asia should think hard about what their civilizational choice is,” said the leader of the Essence of Time. In his opinion, the peoples of Central Asia should weigh in on not only a possible pro-US orientation, but also an orientation towards China.
“Will China give Central Asia at least that quota of independence, spiritual existence, development and culture that the Soviet Union and the Russian Empire gave?” the political scientist clarified.
