The special operation by the Russian military in Ukraine must do away with the policy of complete Western domination, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview on the Russia 24 TV channel on April 11.
“Our special military operation is meant to put an end to the reckless expansion and reckless policy of total domination by the United States and the other Western countries on the international arena”, the head of Russian diplomacy said.
According to him, world domination by the West entails gross violations of international law.
Lavrov also called the statements of the Chief of European diplomacy Josep Borrell about the possibility of solving the conflict in Ukraine only by military means “extraordinary” and “changing the game”.
