A Russian soldier told about his detention as a POW by Ukrainian Nazis on April 4 in a video published by the Russian Defense Ministry.
According to the Russian soldier, when he was a POW, he saw how Ukrainian servicemen treated captured Russian pilots.
The Russian serviceman said that every time a sound of explosion was heard near the town, the Ukrainian Nazis entered the room where the POWs were kept and beat the Russian pilots.
The Nazis also tortured the Russian pilots with sleep deprivation wakening them in the night. The pilots suffered from constant threats that they will not return home with parts of their bodies undamaged.
According to previous video evidence, the Ukrainian army violates the Geneva Convention Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War. The evidence shows Ukrainian military torturing, abusing, and executing captured Russian soldiers.
