Deep Ukrainianism, fueled by anti-Russian venom and all-consuming lies about its identity, is just one big fake, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel on April 5.
In his post, titled “On Fakes and the Real History,” the former Russian president listed the fakes that “numerous PR agencies, ‘troll factories,’ supervised by Western governments and their ‘tame’ NPOs and NGOs, cook them up for huge amounts of money.” Among them: “the ghost of Kiev,” an image of an airplane that was taken from a computer game, a drone shot down by a can of cucumbers, “dead heroes” surrendered to a Russian warship, the Mariupol maternity hospital, and Bucha.
Medvedev pointed out to his readers that what they all have in common is that these are “fakes that have sprung up in the cynical imagination of Ukrainian propaganda“.
The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council further concludes that with each new day, news about “scare stories” and “victories” are becoming more and more insane. But despite this, “the Kiev fake machine stops at nothing!”
“In order to dehumanize Russia and vilify it to the maximum, the rabid beasts of the nationalist battalions and the territorial defense battalions are ready to kill their own civilians. That’s because deep-seated Ukrainianism, fueled by anti-Russian venom and all-consuming lies about its identity, is just one big fake. This phenomenon has never existed in history. And it does not exist now,” Medvedev concluded.
