LPR informs that it has found facts about the existence of concentration camps in Ukraine

11.03.2022, Lugansk.

Evidence of the existence of Ukrainian concentration camps previously reported by witnesses is being found in the liberated territories of the Lugansk People’s Republic. Anna Soroka, deputy foreign minister of the Lugansk People’s Republic, said this on March 11 during a speech at a conference on the creation of an international public tribunal for Ukraine at the Russia Today news agency.

Soroka said that Lugansk civilians discovered a semblance of a concentration camp in the liberated village of Polovinkino in Donbass. It was reportedly a secret prison of the Nazi Ukrainian Aidar battalion (organization banned in Russia).

“Now that our army is moving forward, liberating the occupied territories, we are essentially following them (the LPR forces). What we are seeing now, in fact, of course, confirms the information that we have had for all 8 years from the testimonies of eyewitnesses, victims. We are now getting a visualization of all these horrible pictures,” she said.

The LPR authorities plan to launch an investigation into the illegal activities in the village of Polovinkino after the liberation of the entire territory of the republic.

Soroka also stressed that it is necessary to strengthen the work on the information front in order to bring the truth about the crimes of the Kiev regime to people.

For eight years, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, together with a number of other public organizations, has been monitoring the situation in Ukraine, including the war crimes of Ukrainian neo-Nazis and massive human rights violations. During this time, the books “Euromaidan,” “Ordinary Fascism. Ukrainian War Crimes and Human Rights Violations,” and the report “War Crimes by Ukrainian Security Forces: Torture and Inhuman Treatment of Residents of Donbass”. Members of the Public Chamber have repeatedly presented this information to the UN and other international platforms.

Recall also that in 2017 the socio-political movement Essence of Time published a collective monograph Ukrainism. Who constructed it and why?.

The monograph is devoted to the concept of “Ukrainism”. A construct is a surrogate of history. The subject of the study is not the history of Ukraine, which is complicated, tragic, heroic, and complex, but its long-term surrogate, the construct “Ukrainism”, which is extremely dangerous, destructive, and powerful. The authors investigated the emergence of this construct, its main characteristics, its consistent transformation, its realization at different historical stages, and its prospects. The monograph presents all key moments of the formation of the construct “Ukrainism”, traces the general logic of its evolution, describes modern forms of its manifestation and the most dangerous trends of its possible development.
