Ukrainian militants used multiple-launch rocket systems against the town of Yasnoye, according to a report by the mission of the Donetsk People’s Republic to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Ceasefire in Donbass of February 28.
According to the report, at 5:20 PM Ukrainian punitive forces launched four rockets of the BM-21 Grad system from their positions near the village of Beryozovoye.
Previously, on February 27, a civilian woman was killed in her house after Ukrainian punitive forces used multiple-launch rocket systems against the town of Nikolayevka, which had been retaken by the DPR People’s Militia troops shortly before.
In the night of February 24, the Ukrainian punitive units in Donbass intensified its aggression against the Donetsk and the Lugansk people’s republics recognized by Russia. After a request by the authorities of the DPR and the LPR, President of Russia Vladimir Putin decided to initiate a special military operation for the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.
