Since March 6, 2020 there is a ceasefire in the Idlib de-escalation zone in Syria. Turkey is its guarantor on the part of opposition groups. The Idlib enclave is the last territory controlled by militants in Syria. The region is dominated by Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (organization banned in Russia).
