Brussels’ plans to deploy an EU military training mission in Ukraine encourage the Kiev authorities to undermine the Minsk agreements and escalate tension in Donbass, said the Spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova at a briefing, the REGNUM information agency reports.
