A Russian Aerospace Forces fighter struck against the terrorist groups’ positions in the Ar-Resafa desert on November 22, a Rossa Primavera News Agency’s source in Syria informs.
“The Russian Aerospace Forces went on a sortie in the Ar-Resafa desert area in the south-west of the city of Raqqa,” the source said. The result of the attack is not reported.
On the same day, Syrian aviation made several raids on the headquarters of the ISIL group (organization banned in Russia), located in the eastern Hama province in the Afriyah district, the agency interlocutor added.
At the moment, the Russian Aerospace Forces does not conduct intensive flights in Syria. The exception is the northern Idlib province, where Russian fighters periodically strike against Turkish-backed groups’ facilities.
