The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) attacked the positions of terrorist militant groups in the south of Idlib province on October 29, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source reports from Syria.
“The SAA attacked militant positions with heavy artillery fire in the villages of al-Bara and Baliun in the south of Idlib province,” – reports the source. Effects of the attack were not reported.
According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), militants had opened fire at the positions of government forces in the region a few hours earlier.
The villages of Khazarin and Al-Malikiyah were under fire from terrorist groups. Militants hit a vehicle with civilians who were picking olives at a local plantation in one of the villages.
According to SOHR, no one was injured in the shelling.
